Terms of Service
1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Sound of Chi and related products and services offered by WEBWISE SOLUTIONS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, making a purchase, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Related policies: Privacy Policy and Music & Content License.
2. Services
We provide personalized digital and physical offerings, which may include custom songs and tribute gifts, legacy-oriented products (such as story-driven songs or tribute experiences), and related creative services. Products are custom or semi-custom; descriptions on our site or at checkout describe what is included for each offer.
3. Orders and payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider (for example, Stripe). By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and contact information, pay all fees when due, and allow us to begin work based on the order details you submit. You will receive payment receipts or confirmations as provided by the payment processor.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Typical ranges may be shown on product or campaign pages (for example, custom song delivery within several business days where stated). Timelines can vary based on product type, your responsiveness, holidays, and project complexity. Where a product is delivered digitally, “delivery” means making the deliverable available to you through the method we describe (download, link, email, or account access).
5. Refunds and cancellation
Because work is personalized, all sales are final once work has started on your order. You may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, only if we have not yet begun production, interviews, writing, recording, or comparable work.
After work has begun, refunds are generally not available; we prefer to address concerns through revisions when appropriate. If we cannot deliver what you purchased through no fault of yours, we may offer a full or partial refund or another remedy at our reasonable discretion.
Subscription or recurring services, if offered, may be canceled according to the terms shown at purchase; prior billing periods are typically non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Revisions
We want you to be satisfied with creative deliverables. A reasonable number of revision rounds may be included as stated for your product. If feedback is excessive, conflicts with the agreed scope, or requires substantial new work, we may limit further revisions or offer additional work at an agreed cost.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and materials, respond within a reasonable time when we request input or approval, and ensure you have the right to submit any photos, names, stories, or recordings you provide. Delays on your side may extend delivery dates.
8. Your content and license to us
You keep ownership of materials you supply. You grant us a limited license to use, adapt, and incorporate those materials only to produce and deliver your order and to operate related features (for example, private playback or delivery links). You represent that your submissions do not infringe others’ rights.
9. Artificial intelligence
Some workflows may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with creative or technical steps. You understand that outputs may be partly AI-assisted and reflect the information you provide; they are creative interpretations, not guaranteed factual or emotional outcomes.
10. Intellectual property
Deliverables are licensed to you for personal or (where expressly offered) stated commercial use according to the product and our License page. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly perform deliverables beyond what your purchase permits. We retain rights to our platform, processes, templates, and underlying tools.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEBWISE SOLUTIONS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for subjective dissatisfaction with creative work, except where liability cannot be excluded. Our total liability for a given order is generally limited to the amount you paid for that order.
12. No guarantees
We aim for high-quality, meaningful work but do not guarantee specific emotional results, business outcomes, chart performance, or audience reception.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
