How is the gift delivered?

Every order is delivered through a shareable digital gift page that opens in the browser on phones, tablets, and computers—nothing to install.

Can I use this for Mother’s Day, birthdays, or memorials?

Yes. Sound of Chi is built for meaningful occasions—Mother’s Day, birthdays, anniversaries, memorials, tributes, and milestone moments when a normal gift doesn’t feel like enough.

What makes the custom tiers different?

Custom tiers are shaped from your details, memories, and message, so the song and presentation feel specific to your recipient—not generic filler.

Do custom orders include revisions?

Yes. Custom Song Gift and Premium Tribute Gift each include one revision round so you can request thoughtful adjustments.

Do you offer refunds or guarantees?

We don’t offer refunds on digital gifts. Once files and the gift experience are delivered, they can’t be “sent back” like a physical item—and that policy also protects the studio from edge cases where someone could already be enjoying the gift privately and still expect a full refund, which isn’t workable for independent creative work.

What we do offer is a satisfaction guarantee: if something’s off, tell us. We’ll work with you in good faith—using the revision rounds included with custom tiers, and going back and forth as needed within what your order covers—until you’re genuinely happy with something you’re proud to give.
