How the Legacy workflow works
The system is built to make story collection easier while keeping final production careful and personal.
Start the project
Choose the Legacy product, complete checkout, and create a private workspace for the person or business being featured.
Complete the interview
The storyteller answers guided questions by chapter. Heritage focuses on life memories. Founders Book focuses on the business journey.
Approve the story draft
The answers are shaped into chapter drafts. The customer reviews the story, requests changes if needed, and approves the text.
Add photos and visuals
Upload family photos, founder photos, logos, project screenshots, company images, or choose text-only chapters. Optional custom visuals can be prepared manually for the final layout.
Manual book production
We prepare the final book layout by hand using the approved chapters and selected images. This keeps the first version flexible, careful, and print-ready.
Proof, approval, and print
A proof is uploaded for review. After approval, the book can be submitted for physical printing through our manual Lulu workflow.
